Amongst all the excitement of your wedding day, your ceremony is the moment everything comes back to the two of you.

We believe a beautiful ceremony isn’t about following a formula or filling time. It’s about flow. Knowing when to make your guests laugh, when to let a moment breathe, what deserves to be shared and, just as importantly, what doesn’t.

We take the time to get to know you both, understand what matters to you and listen to what you want from your ceremony. From your story and vows to the people you’d love involved, we’ll bring it all together in a way that feels natural, considered and completely representative of you.

Nothing we share is overly scripted and nothing is included simply because “that’s what you do at weddings”. We write our ceremonies with warmth, personality and all the important bits woven together beautifully.

Whether you choose Nat or Sophie (in the future) as your celebrant, you’ll be supported by the Under the Arbour team and our approach to creating ceremonies that feel every bit as good as the rest of your day.

I love sharing your ceremony just as much. With years of experience in weddings, events and public speaking, I know how to read a room, find the right flow and know when to bring the energy, when to make you laugh and when to simply let a moment be.     • A booking fee of 50% is required to secure your wedding date

This fuss free service covers the legal minimums required to marry in Australia.

This package is a registry style wedding in a beautiful office setting at my home in Palm Beach, overlooking a Palm Tree in a Desert Oasis, to officiate you legally marrying. Enquire here.

    • Guidance and lodgement of all legal documentation and paperwork

    • Option for you to share personal vows and exchange rings if you wish

    • Option for you to bring a photographer should you wish

    • Option to bring a handful of guests should you wish

    • Presentation certificate

    • Registration of your marriage

    • In addition, we can introduce you to an elopement photographer.

    • A booking fee of 50% is required to secure your wedding date

    • If you require my support with organising witnesses, please allow $50 per witness to have this arranged

    • This package is available mid week or Saturday and Sunday’s prior to midday

    • You will be required to travel to Palm Beach, QLD

Our approach to being your ideal celebrant

Your story

I write all of my ceremonies to reflect you as a couple, including the little quirks that make your relationship unique. It’s all about you! As your wedding celebrant I will represent you and we’ll include what is meaningful to you, and most importantly exclude the elements or traditions you’d prefer to steer away from.

I’ve almost written a book about my adventures running across the 7 continents, so believe me when I say that I enjoy writing – especially love stories – and I can’t wait to get to know yours.

Loud and clear

My professional PA system is equipped with a wireless microphone and Bluetooth connectivity, so your guests will have no issues hearing your vows. You’re also more than welcome to use my PA system to play your ceremony music if you wish.

By your side

It’s important to me that I’m not in all of your beautiful ceremony photos. I’ll stand slightly off centre during your ceremony - and for the moments I need to pop in, I’ll make sure I dress to suit your wedding style and colour scheme.

Eskimos

My Mum once told me that I could sell ice to Eskimos (I’ll be sure to remember this in a few years when I look to visit the North Pole). I mention this because you’ll never have to worry about me engaging with your guests. Although I’m a comfortable talker, I’m also kind, empathetic and fun. I can help ease any nervous jitters and make sure you and your loved ones are enjoying the day.
