With more than fourteen years of experience planning and delivering complex events, including leadership roles across multiple Olympic Games, Nat brings a depth of operational knowledge and adaptability to every wedding. This approach has been recognised within the industry, with Under the Arbour awarded Best Wedding Planner for Queensland at the 2025 Australia Bridal Industry Awards.

If your wedding plans are already thoughtfully finalised, our On the Day Coordination service offers calm, experienced oversight to ensure everything comes together seamlessly.
Your wedding day is time you cannot get back. Rather than sharing your task list across family and friends, we step in as a steady point of support, allowing the people closest to you to remain exactly where they belong, present and celebrating alongside you.
In the lead up, we take time to understand your plans in detail. Together, we walk through your wedding day, review your timeline, and support you with any remaining questions so you can feel comfortable handing things over.
Ahead of the day, we liaise with your chosen vendors so they know Under the Arbour will be their point of contact. On the wedding day itself, we are there to welcome them, support setup, and oversee the flow of events with care and attention.
Alongside coordination, we quietly capture natural moments throughout the day, creating a short highlight reel that reflects the feeling of your celebration.

On the day coordination services led by Under the Arbour.
Capture of mobile video content throughout the day, with a 30–45 second highlight reel set to music, delivered the following day.
Review of your draft wedding day timeline.
Walk through planning meeting via video approximately one month prior, where you will share your plans, vendor contacts, and setup details.
Liaison with all wedding day vendors prior to the wedding to confirm timelines, with a summary shared by us.
Acting as lead contact for your venue and vendors in the month leading up to the wedding.
On the day coordination and vendor support for up to six or ten hours, depending on your selected package. This includes ceremony coordination, preparation of tables using your chosen decor, and support through the transition into evening celebrations.
Welcoming and guiding guests at your ceremony.
Coordination of ceremony cues, speeches, and overall flow of events.
Ongoing collaboration with vendors to support timing, adapt as needed, and maintain a high level of service.
Assistance with repurposing small decor items from ceremony to cocktail hour or evening spaces.
Support with styling details such as place cards, menus, candles, linen, wishing well, and similar elements.

Planning Support is delivered by the Under the Arbour team, with creative and operational oversight ensuring consistency across every detail. From vendor curation and logistics through to timeline development and on the day coordination, we work steadily behind the scenes so the experience feels calm, considered, and well held.

Our planning fees are based on both guest count and planning duration.
Weddings planned more than 12 months in advance require extended project management, ongoing supplier monitoring and long-term budget oversight. A 8-10% extended planning timeline adjustment applies to celebrations planned 12–24 months ahead.
Some venues have a requirement for your planner to be onsite until conclusion. Additional on the day coordination hours that may be required are $100 per hour, per team member.
