Your venue coordinator is an important part of your wedding team. They're there to represent the venue, manage its operations and ensure everything happening within their space is delivered as agreed.
Our role is different, we're there specifically for you. We become familiar with your plans, your vendor team, your wedding party and the experience you want to create. We oversee the celebration beyond the venue's responsibilities, supporting the many moving parts and personal moments that connect the day.
From guiding your ceremony and briefing your MC to assisting during portraits, looking after your guests and managing the transitions throughout your celebration, we're focused on the wedding as a whole.
And we love working alongside experienced venue teams. Great communication and a collaborative approach make everyone's job easier and your experience even better.

“We honestly couldn’t have asked for better wedding coordinators than Trent and Sam from Under the Arbour. They did an absolutely amazing job and took care of everything, allowing us to relax and enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about a thing.
They were constantly checking in on us and making sure we always had food and drinks, which we really appreciated because the day went by so quickly!
One thing that meant so much to us personally was the care Trent showed towards my mum, who has a disability and has additional mobility needs. While our formal coordination handover takes place closer to your wedding, we recommend securing your date once you've confirmed your venue and decided you'd like professional support on the day.
This gives you peace of mind knowing your coordination team is booked, while allowing you to continue planning your celebration independently.
When the time comes, we'll guide you through our handover process, review your completed arrangements and prepare for the delivery of your wedding.
Our coordination service works best when we're handed a wellprepared plan, rather than being brought in to complete unfinished planning in the final weeks.
