Through our handover process, we take the time to understand your plans in detail. We review timelines, connect with your venue and vendor team, and prepare for the many moving parts that sit behind a well-executed wedding. By the time the day arrives, everyone knows who to turn to, and every detail has a dedicated team overseeing its delivery.
On the wedding day itself, we step into the role of event manager, coordinator, host, and problem solver. We oversee setup, manage timelines, coordinate formalities, support your vendors, welcome your guests, and navigate the unexpected with calm professionalism. While you are immersed in the moments that matter, we are focused on everything happening around them.
Unlike many coordination services, our support is tailored to the size and complexity of your celebration. Depending on your guest numbers, venue requirements, and logistics, multiple team members may be assigned to ensure every aspect of the day receives the attention it deserves.
Alongside event delivery, we capture natural moments throughout the celebration, providing a next-day highlight reel and additional content that allows you to revisit the atmosphere of your wedding almost immediately.

Our planning fees are based on both guest count and planning duration.
Weddings planned more than 12 months in advance require extended project management, ongoing supplier monitoring and long-term budget oversight. A 8-10% extended planning timeline adjustment applies to celebrations planned 12–24 months ahead.
Some venues have a requirement for your planner to be onsite until conclusion. Additional on the day coordination hours that may be required are $150 per hour, per team member.
Additional travel fees will apply outside of a 40km radius from Palm Beach, QLD.
