Some signature locations may incur an additional elopement location fee, payable in addition to your selected package.
Vendor travel fees may also apply for elopements held in Byron Bay, Mount Tamborine, and surrounding estate or hinterland locations.

Under the Arbour Celebrant services
Guidance in creating a personal wedding ceremony tailored specifically to you.
Assistance with writing your vows.
Lodgement of all legal documentation and paperwork.
Unlimited phone and email correspondence leading up to your wedding.
Printed vow cards.
Presentation certificate.
Registration of your marriage.
Ceremony decor and hire
4 x rectangular plinths + hired floral arrangements for the plinths.
Logistics and set up included.
2 hours hire at your ceremony location.
Photography by one of our favourites

All edited, high-resolution images provided via your personal online gallery.
On-the-day coordination
Coordination services of a fully qualified event manager.
Handover meeting 2 weeks before your wedding day, where you’ll share your wedding set-up details, ceremony vendor contact information and timeline for the day.
Liaison with all ceremony vendors before the day to confirm timelines, a summary of your timeline will be shared with your vendors by us.
Support with directing set-up and coordination on the day (up to 4 hours), this will include meeting your ceremony vendors and helping support with the transition into any post celebrations.
