What is a NOIM?

Your Notice of Intent to Marry may also be referred to as the 'NOIM'.

It's the first important legal form to fill in with regards to getting your legal wedding plans underway. Your NOIM is legally required to get married in Australia and your celebrant will walk you through the steps to ensure it is filled in and witnessed correctly. The NOIM form must be registered with your celebrant at least one month prior to your wedding date.
