Through a considered handover process, we get to know your plans, your professional team and the experience you've created. From there, we step into the role of professional coordinators and hosts, overseeing the flow of the celebration, supporting your team and caring for your guests so you can be fully present.

Now it's time to hand those plans over to an experienced team who can bring everything together.
Our Wedding Day Coordination & Content service is designed for couples who have independently planned their wedding and want the confidence of knowing the day itself will be professionally managed.
Through a structured handover process, we'll get to know your plans, your vendor team and the experience you've created. We'll coordinate the final details and prepare for the flow of your celebration.
On the day, our team steps into the role of professional coordinators and hosts. We're there to support your professional team, oversee the timeline, care for your guests and manage the many moving parts happening around you.
And while we're looking after the celebration, we're also capturing those natural moments, with a highlight reel delivered within 24 hours.
So you can be fully present for the day you've worked so hard to create.

The Tamborine, Mount Tamborine | A Boutique Mountain Escape

No. You can book our $5,580 elopement service at a suitable venue you arrange yourself, with venue costs paid separately. Alternatively, choose a signature location and we’ll incorporate its hire or access fee into your overall package.

Our standard service focuses on your ceremony and portraits. Dining, drinks, accommodation and extended venue access are additional unless specifically included in your selected package.

Our intimate elopement package is designed for the two of you and up to 20 guests. Each of our signature locations offers something a little different, with some suited to smaller gatherings and others able to accommodate larger celebrations.
If you're dreaming of celebrating with a few more of your favourite people, we'd love to explore the options with you. Additional guest numbers may be subject to venue capacity and package adjustments.
