A ceremony that feels like you, written around your story and delivered with warmth, personality and a natural approach to storytelling. From your first conversations to the moment you say “I do”, we'll guide you through the experience and the marriage legalities.
Master of Ceremonies
A familiar face to lead the celebration beyond the ceremony. From introducing your wedding party and speeches to guiding formalities and keeping the evening flowing, your MC brings confidence, personality and an understanding of the people in the room.
Wedding Day Coordination
You've made the plans. We'll bring them together. With a professional handover before your wedding, our coordination team works alongside your suppliers, oversees the timeline and looks after the details so you can enjoy the day you've created.
Wedding Content Creation
The moments you didn't see, the reactions you didn't catch and the atmosphere you'll want to remember. Our team captures the behind-the-scenes experience of your wedding, with a highlight reel delivered within 24 hours.

Every package includes our pre wedding handover process, wedding day coordination, guest hosting and your content creation, with a highlight reel delivered within 24 hours.

Your team will be allocated and scheduled according to the size, logistics and requirements of your celebration, ensuring the right people are there when they're needed.
All packages include personalised celebrancy, MC services, wedding day coordination and content creation.

Each All In experience includes preferential package pricing when booking our celebrant, MC, wedding day coordination and content creation services together.
All pricing includes GST. Additional travel fees may apply depending on your wedding location, and requirements outside the standard inclusions will be quoted separately.

“We honestly couldn’t have asked for better wedding coordinators than Trent and Sam from Under the Arbour. They did an absolutely amazing job and took care of everything, allowing us to relax and enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about a thing.
They were constantly checking in on us and making sure we always had food and drinks, which we really appreciated because the day went by so quickly!
One thing that meant so much to us personally was the care Trent showed towards my mum, who has a disability and has additional mobility needs. Trent made sure she was comfortable, looked after and had everything she needed throughout the day. Knowing that Mum was being taken care of meant I didn’t have to worry about her and could simply enjoy my wedding. That kindness and consideration meant more to me than I can put into words.
Sam was incredible too, running back and forth throughout the day capturing content and making sure all those special little moments were recorded for us. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for either of them.

“We honestly can’t thank Nat and Sophie enough for everything they did for us as our on-the-day wedding coordinators.
From the moment they arrived on our wedding day, we felt so incredibly looked after. Weddings can be such an overwhelming day with so many little things happening behind the scenes, but having Nat and Sophie there meant we could completely relax, enjoy the moment and focus on celebrating with the people we love.
They were so calm, organised, attentive and caring. They constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, while quietly taking care of all the little details happening behind the scenes.
