My story
Natalie Arnold, Creative Director, Under the Arbour.
Working as a lead event manager for the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games and Rugby World Cup, it may be no surprise that the talented Nat led the division responsible for guest experience and has helped create memorable moments for millions of spectators across the globe.
Her passion for creating memories is what led her to continue her career as a Creative Director and she’s a passionate writer and wedding celebrant too. One of her favourite things is to listen to her couples and write a ceremony that reflects their story and share it with such warmth.
She has led teams of over 3,500 volunteers and 90 staff, helped advise new sporting venues and created spectator journeys for the Olympic competition schedule. Safe to say, your wedding day timelines will be seamless and you'll be in experienced hands that have proven experience when needing to adapt with a high attention to detail.
Nat has also had a career as a triathlete and marathon runner, which has led her to speak on multiple podcasts and interviews. She’s a little more settled now with her beautiful family, and her triathlons are more in line with swimming at the beach, helping her sons learn to ride their bikes, and running after them non-stop!

Working with me by your side means you’ll always have my attention, and I’ll be there to support you as a couple in the lead-up to your wedding day. I’m a smiler (I just can’t help myself!) and I love being introduced to your family and friends. We’ll have fun together.
