This is a beautiful options that is focused on your ceremony and portraits, and if you choose to celebrate with a dinner at a restaurant to follow, it’s perfect.

On the day coordination by Under the Arbour
Celebrant services by Under the Arbour
Fresh Bouquet and Buttonaire (your choice of 'all white', or 'florist choice')
Mobile hair and makeup artist that will come to you (within the Gold Coast or Cabarita area)
2 hour photography package by Wander and Follow Images

Handover meeting 2 weeks before your wedding day, where you’ll share your wedding set-up details, ceremony vendor contact information and timeline for the day
Liaison with all ceremony vendors before the day to confirm timelines, a summary of your timeline will be shared with your vendors by us
Support with directing set-up and coordination on the day (up to 4 hours), this will include meeting your ceremony vendors and helping support with the transition into any post celebrations

Celebration location hire at The Hidden Valley
2 x nights accommodation at The Hidden Valley
Includes two private accommodation spaces within The Hidden Valley (one location for each to get ready within if you choose)
Upgrade to 4 hours acoustic music
Upgrade to 6 hours photography
Upgrade to 6 hours on the day coordination
‘Curate’ package notes:
The curate package is based on a 6 hour coordination timeline
Guests must be off-site by dusk
Limited parking available, guests up to 30 can be considered, however organised transport must be arranged and additional fees will apply, contact us to discuss
