We get a real buzz from being able to create a calm, creative and beautiful celebration.

Nat has led teams of over 3,500 volunteers and 90 staff, helped advise new sporting venues and created spectator journeys for the Olympic competition schedule. If you have already finalised your wedding planning, Under the Arbour’s on the day coordination service offers you an experienced professional to oversee a perfect execution.
Time is precious on your wedding day and you don't want the stress of handing over your task list to multiple family members and friends. Time management and attention to detail may not be their expertise and more then likely, the ones that you trust are the ones that you want to enjoy sharing and celebrating your day with you.
Capture your to do list and get in touch with me so that between myself and my team we can help handle all of the details for you. We're professionals.
Together, we’ll have a walk-through of your wedding day where you'll share your plans and I will help support you with any remaining questions.
By liaising with your chosen vendors in advance, they will know to reach out to Under the Arbour on the day with any questions and we’ll be there to welcome them and oversee set up.
Inclusions
Coordination services of a fully qualified event manager
Capturing of mobile video content of your day and the creation of a 60-90 second reel highlight to music (created next day)
Review of your draft timeline shared with me
Walk-through meeting via video one month prior to your wedding day, where you’ll share your wedding plans including, your vendor contact information and wedding set-up detail
Liaison with all wedding day vendors before the day to confirm timelines, a summary of your timeline will be shared with your vendors by me
We will be your lead should your venue and vendors need support with questions one month prior
Support with briefing vendors and overseeing set-up and coordination on the day (up to 6 hours), this will include your ceremony vendors, preparing your tables with decor that you choose, and coordinating the transition into the evening celebrations
Support with welcoming your guests to your ceremony
I will work with your vendors to stay on time, adapt to any scenario, and help ensure a high level of service
Assist with the repurposing of small decor items from ceremony to your cocktail or evening celebrations
Assist with completing your styling vision, including place cards/menus, candles/linen, wishing well etc
Notes
Wedding evening presence is an additional consideration. Additional on the day coordination hours that may be required are $100 per hour
If choosing a sit down reception with place settings to be set up/styled. Guest numbers exceeding 50 will require an additional resource from Under the Arbour to support over this styling period
Additional travel fees will apply outside of a 40km radius from Palm Beach, QLD

The Wedding Planning and Design Packages are individually tailored to create a unique planning and styling experience for those seeking professional guidance throughout the wedding planning journey.
Led by Nat, we will listen to your vision and reflect this in our discoveries. We will provide bespoke options that align with what is important to you and your budget.
To begin, we will collate a selection of celebration locations that are appropriate for you both, we call this our venue discovery.
Shortly followed, we will explore and secure the remainder of your 'A team' to execute your wedding day including all of the service providers required.
We will continue to help plan your wedding day timeline, and Nat will be your event professional on the day to directly coordinate and manage the delivery.
